튜너가 음정을 감지하지 못해요

설정 → 권한에서 마이크 접근이 허용되어 있는지 확인하세요. 블루투스 헤드셋이 연결되어 있다면 분리 후 내장 마이크로 시도해보세요. iOS 시뮬레이터에서는 마이크 입력이 제한될 수 있습니다.

메트로놈이 백그라운드에서 멈춰요

iOS는 백그라운드 오디오 동작을 시스템이 관리합니다. 다른 오디오 앱이 활성화되면 메트로놈이 일시 정지될 수 있습니다. Android는 포그라운드 알림을 통해 백그라운드 재생을 유지합니다.

녹음 파일은 어디에 저장되나요?

앱 내부의 보호된 저장소에만 저장됩니다 (외부 앨범으로 자동 노출되지 않음). 녹음 탭에서 직접 재생 / 이름 변경 / 삭제할 수 있습니다.

기기를 바꾸면 데이터를 옮길 수 있나요?

현재 버전(v1.2)은 데이터 백업/복원 기능이 없습니다. v2.0에서 iCloud / 구글 드라이브 백업 기능 추가 예정입니다.

광고 제거를 구매했는데 광고가 계속 나옵니다

설정 → 광고 제거에서 "구매 복원" 버튼을 눌러주세요. App Store 계정에 묶여있어 같은 계정으로 로그인된 다른 기기에서도 자동 적용됩니다.

리워드 광고를 봤는데도 기능이 해금되지 않아요

광고 시청을 끝까지 완료해야 해금됩니다. 도중에 닫으면 해금되지 않습니다. 다시 시도 후에도 문제가 있으면 이메일로 연락주세요.

앱 데이터가 유실됐어요

데이터는 기기 로컬에만 저장되어 앱 삭제 / 기기 초기화 시 복구가 어렵습니다. 정기적인 기기 백업을 권장합니다.

앱이 새로운 기능을 지원하지 않습니다

App Store 또는 Play Store에서 최신 버전으로 업데이트했는지 확인해주세요. 새 기능은 v2.0(곡 관리, BPM 그래프, 백업, 위젯 등)에서 순차 추가될 예정입니다.

데이터를 모두 삭제하고 싶어요

설정 → 데이터 → "모든 데이터 초기화" 버튼으로 한 번에 삭제할 수 있습니다. 또는 앱을 삭제하면 모든 데이터가 영구 제거됩니다.

Frequently Asked Questions

The tuner isn't detecting pitch

Check Settings → Permissions to ensure microphone access is allowed. If a Bluetooth headset is connected, disconnect and try with the built-in mic. iOS Simulator may have limited mic input.

The metronome stops in the background

iOS system manages background audio. Other audio apps becoming active may pause the metronome. Android maintains background playback via a foreground notification.

Where are recording files saved?

Inside the app's protected storage (not exposed to external photo library). Manage them in the Recording tab — play / rename / delete.

Can I transfer data when changing devices?

The current version (v1.2) doesn't support backup/restore. iCloud / Google Drive backup is planned for v2.0.

I purchased Remove Ads but ads still appear

Tap Settings → Remove Ads → "Restore Purchase". The purchase is tied to your App Store account and applies to all devices signed in with the same account.

I watched a rewarded ad but the feature wasn't unlocked

The ad must play through completely to unlock. Closing it midway won't grant the reward. If the issue persists after retry, contact us via email.

My app data was lost

Data is stored only on your device. Recovery is difficult after uninstall or device reset. We recommend regular device-level backups.

My app doesn't have a new feature

Check that you've updated to the latest version on the App Store or Play Store. Major features (song management, BPM graphs, backup, widgets) are coming in v2.0.

I want to erase all my data

Settings → Data → "Erase all data" wipes everything in one tap. Or uninstall the app to permanently remove all data.
